Red light camera robbery

So it turns out that day light highway robbery is not limited to highways any more. We see it happening in the neck of the woods at our streets. Couple of my friends reported that they got ticket for red light violations on taking a right turn on the street. This is ridiculous, if there is any thing like "safer vehicle movement" that would be when you take a right turn. Both drivers and pedestrians have a good visibility to each other when a vehicle is turning right speed and in most cases speed of vehicle is around 5 miles/hr( provided you are not reckless).

So the rule is that :

1) vehicle needs to have full stop.
2) It should be before the white marked line, parallel to forward going vehicles.

Above process to me seems like a drama as visibilty in most intersection to see the traffic is almost zero to take a right turn so the vehicle will still need to do Californian stop( slow moving like pretending to stop) before driver can make a decision to turn.

Don't know what made me to write all this blurb but this is the only thought worth writing I have for today:)

If you leave around Fremont, CA you may want to look at following link to have an idea where the red light camera's are.

You can also browse the website to figure other cities and state.

Good luck
